Our licensed assisted living and independent apartment residences are offered to seniors age 62 and older. Our spacious studio, one bedroom, and two bedroom apartments are available in a variety of neutrally decorated floor plans. Residents choose their apartment and bring in furniture and items to make it their home. We also allow pets.

Apartments feature spacious closets, large bathrooms, scenic views of the master gardeners courtyards, and flowers, and space to entertain family and friends. Select apartments include either a kitchenette or full size kitchen.

Supportive nursing services are available as residents need them. Residents have peace of mind knowing that if their needs change from independent to assisted living, they can remain in the same apartment with nursing services coming to them. In addition, residents receive priority consideration for our Rehabilitation or healthcare areas of our campus should their needs change.

We encourage family and friends to visit and utilize the many amenities of Hubbard Hill Estates. Community rooms and private dining rooms are available for special gatherings, bridal and baby showers, birthday and anniversary parties and special events at no additional charge to the residents. Catering is available for a fee. Beautiful ponds, flower gardens, and peaceful views offer the perfect place to reflect or socialize. Many residents enjoy our Founder’s Chapel and auditorium where worship and music take place regularly.
