We feature the Accelerated Care Plus System which provides assistance with pain management, fall prevention, contracture management, incontinence Improvement, wound healing, and improvement in muscle weakness.

Our rehabilitation center at Hubbard Hill Estates provides private suites for maximum comfort and privacy. Each suite is equipped with a private bathroom, television with Satellite service, telephone with free local calls, and a comfortable lift recliner.  All meals, snacks, laundry and housekeeping services are included. Residents dine in their own private dining room, enjoy the beautiful views and have free access to the internet.  In addition, residents may choose to take advantage of the many campus amenities.

Residents can choose to be followed by our Medical Director or choose to keep their own Physician.

 Licensed Occupational, Physical and Speech therapy Services are available for those recovering from a hospital stay.

Podiatry, Optometry, Massage Therapy and Beauty Salon Services are available.

If residents are not able to return home, Hubbard Hill Estates offers a variety of Apartment styles to accommodate your needs in a licensed residential setting.
