Hubbard Hill Estates offers long- term nursing care for those residents who may not be able to return home.  Our long-term nursing care features private and semi private suites. Intermediate and skilled care is available.  Residents enjoy their own elegant dining room with scenic views of the beautiful grounds as well as activity programs. All meals, utilities, telephone with free local calls, satellite T.V., and laundry services are included in the monthly fee. Internet access is available.  Residents enjoy the many events that take place at Hubbard Hill. A 26 passenger bus is available for regular recreational outings. An Activity Director plans recreational activities, exercise, musical and drama programs, as well as arts and crafts. You may even see residents enjoying a game on the Wii.

Licensed Occupational, physical and speech therapy is available and on sight.  The nursing staff of Hubbard Hill Estates includes a full time Director of Nursing Services, Assistant Director of Nursing, MDS Coordinator, registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, certified nursing assistants and qualified medication aides.  To ensure the highest level of professionalism in all service areas, Hubbard Hill Estates also employs full time directors in the following disciplines :  Environmental Services, Maintenance, Social Services, Activities, Dietary services, Business Office services, Community Liaison, Marketing, and Assisted Living Services, Therapy Services, and Information Technology. There is also a consulting Dietician and a variety of administrative support staff.  Because of our faith based mission, we employ two full time chaplains to ensure 24 hour availability to our residents.
