Executive Director, Patrick Pingel, joined Hubbard Hill Estates in November of 2004 as the Executive Director. A lifetime area resident, Mr. Pingel brings 12 years of comprehensive long-term care administrative experience in a variety of settings including: post acute, skilled and intermediate care facilities. Mr. Pingel has extensive experience in facility redesign and renovation.  He received his Bachelor’s degree in management and a Master’s degree in public administration from Indiana University. He is licensed by the state of Indiana in Nursing Home Administration.

 

 

Director of Operations, Martin Lebbin, joined Hubbard Hill Estates in August of 2010. Mr. Lebbin and his family relocated to the South Bend area in 1989. He holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Engineering from Jordan College and a Masters of Administration from the University of Notre Dame. Throughout his extensive healthcare career he has served as the Director of Quality and Performance Improvement for Memorial Hospital in South Bend, IN, St. Joseph Regional Medical Center in South Bend, IN, and Resurrection Medical Center in Chicago, IL. He has served as the Corporate Vice President for Quality in a large mid-west healthcare system. As a Manager and Principal Consultant for Press Ganey he consulted with healthcare facilities across the country focusing on Physician and Employee satisfaction. He opened Madison Center’s free standing GeroPsych Institute where he served as a Vice President and Senior Executive. While at the GeroPsych Institute he developed numerous programs and services that enhanced and expanded mental health services for the elderly. He holds certifications as a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality and as a Certified Healthcare Safety Professional. He is licensed by the state of Indiana in Nursing Home Administration.
